On March 27, 2010 at approximately 9:25 P.M. Deputies Jade Hughes and Joey Davis stopped a vehicle on S.H. #355 in Mineral Springs for no vehicle license.  Deputies could smell a strong odor of an intoxicant and the odor of marijuana in the vehicle.  Deputies searched the vehicle found an open beer under the driver’s seat.  Deputies searched the driver, Ezell Adams b/m dob6/15/1986 of 408 Schaal Rd. Mineral Springs, Ar., and found a clear plastic bag of suspected marijuana in pocket.  Adams was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana and Drinking on the Highway and transported to the Howard County Jail.
