Four wheeler/shotgun recovered during arrest
The Howard County Sheriff's Department responded to a call on Buck Range Road Tuesday, June 15, 2010 when two property owners stopped three juveniles on a four wheeler that were trespassing on private property. It was determined that the four wheeler was stolen from a resident in Howard County. A sawed-off shotgun was found at the time of arrest.
The investigation lead to a 17 year old being charged with theft of the four wheeler and possession of a defaced firearm. The shotgun was found to be stolen from a truck in the Clow area in Hempstead County several months ago.
