On April 1, 2012, at approximately 12:27 p.m. the Howard County Sheriff’s Office received multiple 9-1-1 calls of a vehicle collision and a fight near the area of Buck Eye Street and Silver Street in Tollette, AR.

It was found that Ralph Morrison III intentionally collided with a car that was occupied by four females, one being an eighteen month old baby, black female Zahkairi Morrison. Ralph then started beating and stabbing the occupant and mother of Zahkairi by punching, kicking, and stabbing her with an ice pick. Ralph forcibly took Zahkairi from the mother, Amaria Webster and walked away with her in his arms and the ice pick in his hand. It is believed Ralph was able to get a ride from at least three individuals to get himself away from Tollette.

It is believed that Ralph maybe trying to get to the Texarkana area and possibly on to California. At the time of this press release warrants were issued for Ralph Morrison III for Kidnapping, four counts of Aggravated Assualt, and Domestic Battery in the Second Degree. Contact the Howard County Sheriff’s Office for any information on where Ralph Morrison III, and or eighteen month old, Zahkairi might be.
