On May 16, 2012 at 12:32 A.M. the Howard County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call requesting EMS at 270 Sandhill Road. When EMS and deputies arrived they found Johnnie Jack Thomas w/m dob-3/11/1977 deceased inside the residence. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by the county coroner. Preliminary investigation indicates that the subject had knife wounds to the neck area of his body. The body will be sent to the Medical Examiner’s Office in Little Rock for an autopsy. The victim lived at the residence with his mother. The case is being investigated by the Howard County Sheriff’s Office and the Howard County Coroner’s Office.
