On October 5, 2012 around 9:49P.M. Deputy Steven Wakefield received a call from dispatch that Hempstead County was responding to a domestic on County Road #342.  The suspect was driving a green Ford Ranger.  Deputy Wakefield spotted the suspect vehicle on Sandhill Road and stopped the vehicle and found the driver to be Timothy W. Conatser w/m dob-2/9/1969 of 1780 CR. #343 Nashville, Ar.  Deputy Wakefield arrested Conatser for DWI, Refusal to Submit and Possession of Firearm by Certain Persons.  Bond for Conatser has been set at 25,000.
