On December 24, 2012 the Howard County Sheriff's Office received a report from Jim Hill of Nashville that his 2011 Kawasaki Mule had been stolen along with 60 gallons of diesel fuel from his farm south of Nashville. The Kawasaki is camouflage in color and valued at approximately 10,000 dollars.

On December 27, 2012 Howard County Deputy Hector Cortez took a burglary and theft report from Carroll Hampton on Gum Tree Road north of Nashville. An undetermined amount of cash was taken from the Hampton residence.
