On January 13, 2013 Deputy Steven Wakefield was patroling on U.S. Highway 371 when he observed a vehicle cross the center line several times.  Deputy Wakefield stopped the vehicle and smelled an intoxicant coming from the vehicle.  While searching the vehicle Deputy Wakefield found a syringe in Ms. Turner's purse.  Ms. Turner admitted to using methamphetamine a couple of days before.  A small amount of marijuana was found in Ms. Turner's purse also. 

Terri Turner w/f dob-9/14/1967 of Broken Bow, Oklahoma is charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana.  Bond for Turner was set at 5,000 dollars.
