On October 16, 2013 Gloria Chambers was at the Howard County Jail during visitation for a visit with Chris Hupp.   Gloria Chambers brought shampoo to the Howard County Jail for Hupp.  Deputy Hector Cortez checked the shampoo bottles and found that the shampoo bottles contained plastic baggies which contained tobacco.

Gloria Chambers w/f dob-6/9/1987 of 3017 Cornith Road Nashville, Ar. was arrested on October 20, 2013 when she returned to visit Hupp at the Howard County Jail by Office Casey Parker.  Officer Parker also charged Chambers with Driving on a Suspended License and Possession of a Controlled Substance-Prescription Pills.

Bond for Chambers has been set at 15,000 dollars.
