On December 12, 2013 around 11:00 P.M.  Deputy Joey Davis was patrolling on Hwy. 73 in Howard County.  Deputy Davis was following a blue Ford truck and it was swerving on the highway.  Deputy Davis stopped the vehicle and identified the driver.  The driver was Theresa Lynn Martin w/f dob-8/19/1976 of 288 Nevada 253 Prescott, Ar.  The driver had a suspended driver’s license and also had a valid warrant out of Howard County for Contempt of Court.  Deputy Davis arrested Martin and found several drug pipes and straws in her vehicle.  Martin was transported to Howard County Jail and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving on a Suspended D.L. and the warrant for Contempt of Court.  Bond for Martin is set at 10,000 dollars.
