Morgan and Davis arrested on drug paraphernalia and outstanding warrant charges

 

On April 1st, 2014 at approximately 10:30 A.M. Deputy Timothy Floyd was patrolling west of Nashville and stopped a blue Buick car on Blue Bayou Road for a traffic violation.  The vehicle was occupied by three adults and one small child.  The driver was identified as Kevin Morgan b/m dob-2/13/1981 of 900 Front St. Nashville, Ar.  A passenger in the vehicle, Bridget Davis 26 years of age, w/f of Nashville was wanted on a Failure to Appear warrant.  Davis’ original charge was Driving on a Suspended License and Possession of Marijuana.   Deputy Jade Hughes arrived to assist Deputy Floyd and they obtained consent to search.  Deputy Floyd found a bag on Kevin Morgan containing 3 used syringes, 3 unopened syringes and a small plastic bag with an off white colored residue in it believed to be methamphetamine.  Morgan was arrested and transported to the Howard County jail along with Davis.  Bond for Morgan is set at 5,000 dollars.  Bond for Davis is set at 2,085 dollars.
