Approximately 100 Round Bales of Hay Reported Stolen near Tollette in Howard County

The Howard County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of approximately 100 round bales of hay stolen near Tollette on Silver Road. The stolen hay report was taken by the Howard County Sheriff’s Office on August 24, 2011. The owner of the hay is Paul Sutton of Bismark. Chief Deputy Bryan McJunkins and Investigator John Eric Glidewell have arrested four subjects in connection with this theft.

The four subjects that have been arrested are:

Damron Patton b/m 30 yrs. of age of Wilton, AR. -- Theft of Property
Leon Alexander b/m 38 yrs. of age of Wilton, AR. -- Theft of Property
Edgar Poindexter b/m 37 yrs. of age of Tollette, AR. -- Theft by Receiving
Ronald Alexander b/m 32 yrs. of age of Tollette, AR. -- Theft of Property

All of the four subjects arrested are charged with a class a misdemeanor and have bonded out of the Howard County Jail. The investigation is continuing and more arrests are expected in this case.
