Charles Ray Jewell charged with Domestic Battering in the Second Degree
Howard County Deputy Joey Davis was dispatched to 1794 Mt. Pleasant Drive on July 27, 2012 at 5:29 P.M. regarding a domestic disturbance. Deputy Davis spoke with the complainants and then left the scene because the suspect had left on foot. Deputy Davis was dispatched back to the residence at 7:02 P.M. The suspect had again left on foot. The complainant stated that Charles Ray Jewell had become angry with her and become violent and had choked her. Another person at he residence was also choked and pushed down. Deputy Davis located Charles Jewell and arrested him for Domestic Battering in the Second Degree. Bond for Jewell has been set at 25,000 dollars.
