On February 21, 2013, Deputies Travis Turner and Joey Davis arrested Derek Tollett after Turner stopped Tollett for a traffic violation on Nathan RD. When deputies searched Tollett’s vehicle they found a pipe used for smoking methamphetamine, a small bag containing meth and a marijuana cigarette. The meth and paraphernalia are both class D felonies, the marijuana is a class A misdemeanor. A $10,000.00 bond has been set on Tollett.
