On May 10^th, 2014 Charles Riley w/m dob-6/30/1970 of Murfressboro was arrested in Benton County on a felony warrant from Howard County charging him with Delivery of a Controlled Substance: Methamphetamine.  The warrant was issued as a result of an undercover drug operation that occurred in Nashville on April 16^th, 2013.  The undercover drug operation was conducted by the Arkansas State Police and the South Central Drug Task Force.  Riley was transported to Howard County and bond for him has been set at 25,000 dollars.
