Deputies make felony drug arrest from traffic stop  2/20/2010 

On 2/20/2010 at approximately 10:44 P.M. Howard County Deputies Joey Davis and Jade Hughes conducted a traffic stop on S.H. 355 south of Mineral Springs.  As a result of the traffic stop deputies arrested Paula (Green) Carroll b/f dob-2/5/60 of Tollette and Rufus Finley b/m dob-12/16/1959 of 680 Bright Star Rd. Mineral Springs for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Cocaine. 

Paula (Green) Carroll is also being charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Cocaine as a result of an undercover drug buy that occurred on November 17, 2009. 

Bond for Rufus Finely is set at $25,000 and bond for Paula (Green) Carroll is set at $50,000.
