Stolen gun recovered after report of shots fired in the Buckrange Community  2/20/2010

On 2/20/2010 at approximately 11:07 P.M. the Howard County Sheriff’s Office received a call about shots being fired on the Buckrange Road south of Nashville.  Deputy Randy Bohn responded and located a vehicle in the area and performed a traffic stop on the vehicle.  Deputy Bohn found four subjects inside the vehicle.  Deputy Bohn located a pistol in the vehicle that was reported stolen in Howard County in 1998.  A small amount of marijuana was also located in the vehicle.  Derrick Graham b/m dob 2/27/1991 of 1205 Leslie St. Nashville, Ar. has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana.  A juvenile in the vehicle is facing possible charges of Possession of Handgun by a Minor.
