Deputies make traffic stop near Tollette which results in felony arrest

On March 6, 2012 at approximately 11:35 P.M. Deputies Blake Eudy and Steven Wakefield were patrolling near Mineral Springs when they noticed a vehicle that failed to yield at an intersection.  Deputies initiated a traffic stop a short time later near Wildrose Lane outside of Tollette.  Deputies approached the vehicle and found four people inside the vehicle.  Deputies noticed one of the subjects in the back seat moving around and noticed something in his hand which turned out to be a handgun.  Three of the subjects in the vehicle were arrested and transported to the Howard County Jail.

Possession of a Defaced Firearm, Theft by Receiving and Possession of Marijuana

Marcus Dickerson b/m, 20 years of age, 131 Wildrose Lane,  Mineral Springs, Ar.
Resisting Arrest and  Public Intoxication

Keenan Langston b/m 21 years of age, 304 Buckeye St.  Tollette, Ar.
DWI #2 and Failure to Appear Warrant
