Arrested: Karen Osorio

                   Hope, AR

Deputy Travis Turner was patrolling on Hwy 73 in Howard County a little after midnight Sunday morning when he stopped a car driven by Karen Osorio of Hope. Karen admitted to Turner that she had a “pipe” in her purse she used for smoking meth. Turner further searched and found some meth and a smoking device used for smoking meth. Osorio was arrested and taken to Howard County Jail. She was arrested on two felonies, one count of Possession of Controlled Substance, Meth; and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
