On 5-24-12 Howard County Sheriff's Department was contacted by Kirk Bell in reference to stolen property.  Mr. Bell reported to Investigator John Eric Glidewell that his drive shaft/slip clutch (PTO) was stolen off of his John Deere hay bailer.  The bailer was parked in a hay pasture off of Stone Road between Mineral Springs and Tollette. The theft took place between 8:00 p.m. on 5-23 and 6:30 a.m. on 5-24.  The estimated value is $1,500.
