On June 4, 2012 at approximately 10:59 P.M. Deputy Steven Wakefield, Deputy Blake Eudy and Trooper Mason Glasgow were patrolling Hwy. 355 in Tollette.  A red Chevrolet pickup was stopped for having a tail light out.  Officers approached the vehicle and noticed an open beer in the console.  Officers noticed the occupants acting very nervous.  Officers searched the occupants and the vehicle and found suspected methamphetamine, suspected marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
