On January 24, 2013 at approximately 3:59 P.M.  officers with the South Central Drug Task Force, ASP and the Howard County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the residence of Bernard Turner located at 101 E. Browning St. in Mineral Springs.  Officers seized approximately five ounces of marijuana and a set of scales from the residence.  Officers arrested Bernard Turner b/m dob-2/18/1960 for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Bond has not been set at this time.
