On February 26, 2014 Gregory P. Boeckman w/m dob-11/5/1977 of Dierks, Ar. appeared with is attorney in the Howard County Circuit Court for a first appearance on the felony charge of Theft by Receiving.  The warrant for Theft by Receiving was served on Boeckman and his bond was set at 50,000 dollars.  Boeckman posted bond and was released from custody.  The warrant for Theft by Receiving was issued after the Arkansas State Police investigated the theft of a John Deere tractor and baler from Nevada County on May 24, 2013.  The John Deere Tractor was recovered in Sevier County and the baler was recovered in Howard County.  Boeckman is set to be back in the Howard County Circuit Court on March 5, 2014 for formal arraignment.
