On May 25, 2014 Judy Rowland of 119 Rock Station Road reported that her son Nathaniel Rowland had stolen her 2005 Dodge Neon.  A warrant was issued for Nathaniel Rowland w/m dob-6/29/1980 of Nashville and he was arrested in Texarkana, Texas on May 28, 2014.  Rowland signed a waiver of extradition and was transported back to Howard County on May 29, 2014.  The stolen vehicle was recovered in Ashdown.  Bond for Rowland has been set at 25,000 dollars.
