On July 31, 2014 David K. Hawkins b/m dob-1/10/1963 of 1306 South Main St. in Nashville was arrested for rape by Howard County Sheriff’s Investigators. The rape was reported to the Mineral Springs Police Department on July 17, 2014.  The incident involved a juvenile female.  The case was investigated by the Mineral Springs Police Department, the Arkansas State Police and the Howard County Sheriff’s Department.  Bond for Hawkins has been set at 100,000 dollars.
