Kristopher Snodgrass (53 yo of Nashville, AR.)

Deputies Dustin Wakefield and Timmy Floyd were patrolling on highway 355 between Tollette and Saratoga a little before 10:00 p.m. when they stopped a vehicle driven by Kristopher Snodgrass for a traffic violation. During the stop deputies noticed some rolling papers and a pistol case near where Mr. Snodgrass’s hands were while he was looking for his driver’s license and vehicle information. Snodgrass admitted to weapons being in the vehicle. Wakefield smelled an odor of marijuana coming from Snodgrass as he was patting him down for more weapons and Deputy Floyd saw an open beer in the cab of the truck. Wakefield found a marijuana cigarette in Snodgrass’s shirt pocket. Deputies continued searching Snodgrass’s vehicle and found two syringes, one believed to be loaded with methamphetamine. Deputies also found three firearms in the truck. Snodgrass is expected to be charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance. No bond has been set yet.
